PROJECT COMPLIANCE ADVISOR (INT5864)

The Role

 

We are looking for a Project Compliance Advisor to be part of the Funding and Finance team . The person will be responsible for managing the organisation finances, data processing systems, project grants compliance, work planning and general operations as well as ensuring administrative support to other teams as required. 

 

What we are looking for

 

Our next Project Compliance Advisor will require 

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a fundraising, administrative or other support role.
  • Good knowledge of humanitarian donors and requirements. This is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience of supporting multiple‐partner projects in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience of preparing funding applications and reports to strict donor criteria, in particular experience with ECHO, UNICEF, Irish Aid, DGD, OFDA, GFFO funded projects would be an advantage.
  • Writing, reporting and editing skills including the ability to present information in a coherent manner.
  • A high level of competency with spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office based IT.
  • A team‐player and a willingness to take on a broad range of tasks according to the current demands of the Organization
  • Experience of budgeting, monitoring expenditure and preparing financial reports for donors.
  • High degree of integrity and honesty is essential for the position
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication Skills
