Program and Administration Support Officer (INT5848)

The Role

We are looking for a qualified Malawian to fill the position of Program and Administration Support Officer.  The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to Oxfam in Malawi in areas of Management, Program, HR, and Logistics Support.  S/he will work closely with the Human Resources and Administration Manager (HRAM) and the Logistics Coordinator to ensure that Oxfam in Malawi offices functions smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who possess at least a first degree in Administration or Human Resources Management with relevant experience in a similar role and who is exceptionally well organised and able to manage conflicting priorities.  In addition the applicants should have some knowledge of Malawi Labour Laws, visa requirements, Malawi Occupational Heal and Safety regulations.  Familiarity with Oxfam GB policies and procedures will be an added advantage.
