The Role

The team player will be responsible to ensure the coordination for day to day HR Operations including recruitment, Induction, GOLD (global on line database), HRIS, Payroll, Compensation / Benefits, Contract Management and Record maintenance.

S/he ensure corporate policies and procedures, conducting effective HR filing system, providing administrative support to HR department, managing staff medical claims and supporting HR coordinator in recruitment, performance management and learning & development functions.

 

What we are looking for

 

We are looking for an experienced communicator who has a passion for raising the voices of communities living in crisis. You will be a creative self-starter who has proven experience in managing people in a large organisation.

Salary: BDT.  7,27,205 gross per annum (13 months) with other benefits
