We are looking for a Business Analyst at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation 

 

 

What you'll be doing:

 

The Business Analyst will join the Transformation Office to help to drive one of the largest transformations in Oxfam’s recent history. Our aim is ambitious as we embark on a transformation programme which will result in Oxfam becoming one of the most digitally and data advanced international non-government organisations in the world, creating a platform for us to work in partnership with local grassroots movements and organisations around the world to drive forward our mission of ending inequality and global poverty.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:

  • Experience in a business analyst role, including investigative work, conducting analysis and improving services and processes
  • Understanding of digital and ability to implement agile work in different contexts, services and functions
  • Able to think critically and solve complex business problems
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Inspiring others and embedding culture change and transformation
