Oxfam Pilipinas works for a future where all Filipinos live free from poverty, inequality, and injustice. For over 30 years, we have partnered with communities, organizations, and the government to tackle inequality, promote gender justice, and respond to humanitarian crises.
We belong to the larger Oxfam family of 22 organizations networked with partners and grassroots communities in over 70 countries. We are part of a global movement for genuine change, seeking to rid the world of the scourge of poverty, with gender justice at the core of what we do.
Oxfam Pilipinas is producing its Annual Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026, which will showcase program achievements and milestones to its stakeholders and highlight its contributions to global fight against inequality.
Oxfam Pilipinas (OPH) aims to create a functional Participants Tracking Database System (PTDS), an internal web-based system used to record and manage data on projects, implementing partners, activities, and participants. The system supports program monitoring, reporting, and data validation across OPH's portfolio.
The PTDS was developed in phases by previous contractors. OPH is now seeking a qualified web developer to implement these improvements.
The objective of this engagement is to develop and deliver an enhanced version of the PTDS incorporating the features and improvements identified by the Digitization Working Group. The system must be functional, user-friendly, and aligned with OPH's data management and reporting requirements.
The developer shall enhance and redeploy the PTDS based on the updated system requirements consolidated by the Digitization Working Group. The work covers the following areas:
