Do you have experience documenting impact stories, managing communication materials, and supporting content creation and social media engagement?

In this role, the Volunteer, ICAM will help document impact stories, organize and archive communication materials, manage knowledge resources, and assist with creating content for social media. Your support will help keep our work visible, share our progress, and highlight the success of programmes like the Enterprise Programme. By contributing to storytelling and communication efforts, you’ll help ICAM showcase Oxfam’s work in economic inclusion, justice, and more.
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be/have:
Recently graduated in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized university
Basic skills in photography, videography, or content creation
Strong writing and storytelling abilities in both English and Bangla
Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks and meeting deadlines
Familiar with social media tools and basic performance tracking
Committed to Oxfam’s values, feminist principles, and safeguarding standards
