The Role:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering essential cybersecurity activities across Oxfam GB and Oxfam International environments, helping to safeguard our people, partners, and operations worldwide.

In this role, you will lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring threats are identified, investigated, contained, and resolved effectively. You will proactively monitor systems, networks, and user activity to detect and mitigate security risks, while also contributing expert cybersecurity guidance to the design, development, and implementation of new technologies and systems.

Working closely with colleagues across IT, Digital, and the wider organisation, you will help strengthen Oxfam's security posture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that cybersecurity considerations are embedded throughout the technology lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional to make a meaningful impact within a globally recognised humanitarian organisation.

• Understanding of modern cloud security principles including secure and privacy by design.
• Experience in automation and orchestration.

• Experience protecting modern technology platforms.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience working within international, humanitarian, development, charity, or complex global organisations.
