Oxfam GB in Myanmar is looking for Programme Coordinator (Enterprise Development).
The Programme Coordinator will provide leadership and management of the project, strengthening Small and Medium Enterprises for Agri-food Resilience and Transformation in Kachin State. The role will be responsible to strengthening SMEs, supporting entrepreneurship and community innovation, promoting market systems development and facilitating sustainable livelihood opportunities for vulnerable communities. The position will lead programme implementation, enterprise support, partnership development, value chain and market analysis and develop scale-up strategies to help transform promising ideas and enterprises into sustainable and resilient economic opportunities in Kachin Agriculture system.
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with local organisations, producer groups, women entrepreneurs, social enterprises, private sector actors and development partners to identify, support and scale innovative solutions that contribute to resilient and inclusive agriculture system development in Kachin state.
This Role Report To: Senior Programme Manager (Enterprise and Innovation)
Staff Reporting to this Post: None
Key Relation/Interaction: Working closely with local partners in Kachin, Oxfam Myitkyina team, MEAL, finance, HR and gender focal. This position requires managing 5+ partners, 20+ SMEs and 10 producers group under Enterprise Development.
