OXFAM PURPOSE: To work with others to find lasting solutions to poverty and suffering.
JOB PURPOSE: To provide quality logistic support. Work with other members of the logistics to insure smooth and speedy delivery of Oxfam procurement for the emergency response. |

DIMENSIONS: -Work with in a team to insure the smooth flow of the supply chain process related to the Oxfam mosil emergency response. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement Under the supervision of the procurement officer § Follow with suppliers on Quotations, purchase orders, prices, identifying goods and services. § Inquiries product specifications from various suppliers to inform procurement officer which would provide the best deal. § Maintaining purchasing files and price lists. § Track deliveries and make sure Oxfam receive exactly what was ordered from suppliers. § Physically check deliveries to ensure the appropriate items were delivered. § Support procurement officer to answer supplier and staff inquiries about order changes or cancellations. § Support with some market survey from time to time to enrich the supplier data base . Assets & Equipment § To maintain the Equipment Inventory Spreadsheet. Administration § Provide general administrative support for field operations, including maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and coordinating logistics-related documentation. § Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the logistics team on the field. SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
· Some experience in Logistics and procurement would be an advantage. · Communication in English, Arabic and Kurdish (include Reading and Writing). · Initiative, motivated and pro-active problem. · Good computers skills and knowledge of Word and Excel. |
