The Role:

As Internal Communications Lead, you will drive through the Internal Communications strategy, gathering and acting on clear measures of internal sentiment and impact.

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Significant internal Communications experience using multi-channels and having worked with cross organisation functions and various brands.
• Lived experience(s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities.
• A track record of developing & leading effective colleague engagement strategies in a fast-paced, values-led environment.
• Experience of developing and implementing colleague communication strategies in a retail or geographically dispersed environment.
• Strong experience of ‘activating’ internal audiences to become brand advocates and play an increased role in campaign or change agendas.
• Strong experience of using digital collaboration tools and approaches in delivering colleague engagement strategies.
• Excellent presentation & facilitation skills, with proven ability to build collaborative, safe, open and inclusive design processes.
• A data driven leader who can foster a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement through testing and learning.
• Experience of audience listening techniques and using two-way feedback mechanisms for
  colleague engagement
