Oxfam in Bangladesh is looking for a Head of the Project Management Unit (PMU) to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the country’s portfolio of restricted grants, ensuring strong project delivery, donor compliance, and effective risk management.
This role will lead the PMU team to strengthen project management systems, coordinate grant implementation across multiple projects, and ensure robust partnership management and monitoring mechanisms. As a member of the Country Management Team (CMT), the role will also contribute to country strategy development, operational planning, and organizational growth priorities.
