Travailler étroitement avec le/la directeur(trice) l (e) chargé (e) des finances (Finance Manager) et le Est Finance Manager afin de s'assurer que le programme d’OXFAM a un niveau élevé de comptabilité et de contrôles financier et ce, en vue d’une gestion efficace de toutes les ressources financières
DIMENSIONS:
Ce travail exige une attention rigoureuse et particulière par rapport aux systèmes et procédures de routine, les bonnes qualifications interpersonnelles et l'intégrité complète à tout moment. À la discrétion du Directeur (trice) des finances, les responsabilités peuvent porter sur le voyage vers les sous bureaux du terrain afin d’y procéder à la formation du personnel et donner un appui financier. Ce/cette responsable financier donne l'appui essentiel au bureau de coordination nationale afin d‘assurer un impact maximum du programme d'Oxfam GB. Sous la supervision du Coordinateur national des finances, ce responsable financier assurera la vérification de toutes les questions en rapport avec le travail, et les opérations faites au niveau d’OXFAM GB, base de Beni.
