The Role:

 

Oxfam IRAQ Anbar is looking for 

 

Supervision and Management

The Project Officer will oversee the community mobilizers, including providing induction. The HR Manager will also be available to assist with setting up the volunteer.

Resources

Oxfam GB- Iraq will provide a computer, a desk, an internet connection, and stationery in the office for at least one community mobilizer for data entry purposes. Oxfam will pay 40,000 IQD a day in return for their task implementation and services. Transport to attend meetings will be provided by Oxfam drivers when available.

No other remuneration will be offered.

Key Deliverables

The community mobilizers will provide operational assistance to the ICCA project team in the following areas: · Conduct field visits and register beneficiaries using paper-based or mobile data collection tools. · Contact, invite, and follow up with beneficiaries to ensure participation in project workshops and activities. · Support the project team in establishing and strengthening community-level committees. · Prepare, organise, and manage project activity documentation, including attendance sheets, payment sheets, and related forms. · Facilitate and support logistical arrangements during project activities and events. · Support the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team with data entry, verification, and management of consent documentation. · Engage respectfully and professionally with community leaders and local authorities to ensure coordination, cooperation, and project acceptance.

· Any other task might be required by the line manager.
