Do you have at least 5 years of experience in project management or programme coordination in international development or humanitarian contexts, ideally in Lebanon?

Do you have solid experience in consortium or partnership management, including sub-grant oversight, partner capacity strengthening, and equity-based partnership approaches?

Do you have proven experience in budget management and financial oversight for complex projects, including multi-currency, multi-partner budgets?

The Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall strategic management, coordination, and quality delivery of the LIBERATE project. The role ensures that project activities are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of accountability, feminist practice, and donor compliance, while placing local partners at the center of project leadership.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for the project vis-à-vis Oxfam-, GAC, and local partners. They lead the consortium coordination mechanism, oversee financial and operational management, and ensure that the project adapts effectively to Lebanon's rapidly evolving humanitarian, political, and social context.
