Do you have a minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in education programming, including leadership roles.

The Role:

Oxfam GB is looking for Education Manager who: 

Will lead and oversee the implementation of the EFASS programme across all outcome areas in Lakes State, ensuring high-quality, integrated delivery of access and retention, foundational learning, teacher development and continuity systems, evidence generation, and system uptake pathways

An ideal candidate for the role will also have:

• Experience managing multi-sector, donor-funded programmes (preferably FCDO or similar).
• Proven experience working with government systems and consortium/partner coordination.
• Proven ability in GTE implementation
• Proven experience in strengthening capacity, mentoring and supporting technical teams at national/sub-national levels
