The Role:

 

As Creative Studio Manager, you will lead the efficient day-to-day running of Oxfam’s Brand & Creative studio, ensuring workflows, processes and resource planning enable the team to deliver high-quality creative work that supports our mission. You will oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, creating an environment where designers and copywriters can thrive and respond effectively to the needs of colleagues across the organisation.

 

Working closely with stakeholders from a range of teams, you will ensure projects are prioritised appropriately, delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. Through strong planning, communication and continuous process improvement, you will help the Brand & Creative team provide an outstanding service, enabling impactful and engaging communications that inspire audiences and drive Oxfam’s work forward.

An ideal candidate for the role will also have:

 

  • Lived experience (s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities.
  • Experience of management of a creative studio, and successful development, implementation and oversight of creative process.
  • High levels of innovative problem solving
  • Multi-tasking, flexible schedule management, and excellent organisational skills
  • Understanding of the role of storytelling in creating change.
  • Negotiating and influencing internally at corporate level.Good project management ability; managing expectations, projects, costs, short- and long-term planning.
